About Naked Multiples:
Naked Multiples is intended to be a friendly, vaguely supportive, but unrestrictive list for all multiples (and allies!) The list is explicitly hospitable to trauma-based multiples, whatever their degree of empowerment and/or functioning, but also welcomes natural multiples and really anyone else.

Flaming is discouraged; the list is intended to be a reasonably safe place for people to go with stuff that's troubling them. That doesn't mean we're going to boot you for failing to use the exact right language, though. (No spoilers here.) A lot of the people on this list are ritual abuse survivors, and this should be one of the topics that it's safe to discuss here. However, a list that's only intended for support can get inordinately heavy and even depressing. Mundane chatting is definitely encouraged.

The listowners hope to have Naked Multiples be a safe place to talk about anything (hence the nakedness, of shiveringnaked fame), and also to be interesting, engaging, and intellectual as needed. Etc. (The listowners are also Bad at Descriptions.)
